Sitejet Builder is included in cPanel on Fast Hive shared hosting. It is a drag-and-drop website builder with templates and an AI-assisted starting point, aimed at getting a presentable site live without writing code or installing a CMS. In cPanel, open Sitejet Builder - it appears in the Domains section and in the left-hand sidebar. The interface lists your domains, with + Create a New Website and a Try Sitejet AI option beside each one.
Is Sitejet the right choice for you?
Be deliberate about this. Moving between a builder and a CMS later means rebuilding the site, not migrating it.

Creating a website
- Log in to cPanel from My Products & Services.
- Open Sitejet Builder.
- Your domains are listed. Click + Create a New Website, or use Try Sitejet AI beside a domain to generate a starting point from a description of your business.
- Choose a template. Filter by industry - templates differ in structure, not just colour, so pick one whose page layout matches what you actually need.
- The editor opens. Edit text by clicking it; drag elements to rearrange; use the panels to change colours, fonts and images.
- Click Publish when you are ready. Nothing is visible to the public until you do.
Before you publish
Builder sites are quick to make and easy to ship half-finished. Check these:
- Replace every piece of placeholder text. Template filler text reaching a live site is the most common and most damaging mistake.
- Replace stock images with your own where you can. Real photographs of a real business outperform stock photography.
- Test the contact form and confirm the submission actually arrives in your inbox.
- Check every page on a phone. Most of your visitors will be on one.
- Set page titles and descriptions for each page rather than leaving the template defaults, which is what search engines display.
- Check the footer for template placeholders - year, company name, address, social links.
- Click every link, including the navigation and the footer.
Domains, SSL and email
- The domain must be added to your hosting account and pointing at Fast Hive -
ns1.fasthive.comandns2.fasthive.com. - Your free SSL certificate is issued automatically once DNS resolves to us. Confirm in Security → SSL/TLS Certificates → SSL/TLS Status.
- Email is entirely separate from the builder. Create mailboxes in Email → Email Accounts as normal - building a site here does not affect your mail.
Troubleshooting

Are Sitejet sites included in my backups?
The site's files live in your hosting account, so they are covered by the nightly server-side snapshots and by backups you take from Files → Backup.
What happens if I cancel my hosting?
The site goes with the account. Export or screenshot anything you want to keep before cancelling - there is no recovery after termination.
